3 User Responsibilities

All healthcare providers accessible through VitalCheck are:

• Not employees or agents of VitalCheck
• Solely responsible for the medical services they provide
• Subject to their own professional standards and regulations

VitalCheck does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcomes of services provided by healthcare professionals. Any disputes regarding medical care should be addressed directly with the healthcare provider.

5 Fees and Payment

VitalCheck may charge fees for certain services. By using paid features, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of booking
• Provide accurate and current payment information
• Authorize VitalCheck to charge your chosen payment method

6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the VitalCheck Service, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and technology
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Design, layout, and user interface
• Trademarks, service marks, and brand names

are owned by VitalCheck Health Consult or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without prior written permission.

Our total liability in any matter related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to VitalCheck in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VitalCheck Health Consult, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11 Termination
